Please read all sections relevant to your booking!

Key to all bookings:

  • Cancellation requests need to be submitted before the 15th of the month for the cancellation of the following month's payment.

Online Classes

  • Children must be supervised at all times on Zoom calls. Mini Languages is not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • Please join the session on time. Zoom calls will be 'locked' around 5 minutes into the call so late joiners may not be able to access the session.
  • Please do not share the online joining codes with others.
  • Recording or photographs of other participants during the sessions is not permitted.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until class payment has been received. Paid-up families will take priority.
  • If automated class payments fall behind, your place may be passed on to a child on the waiting list.
  • Access to the online Class Hub will be sent to you by email after signing up

Online Classes Cancellation & Refund

  • Refunds are not made for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
  • If there are any sessions missed due to tutor unavailability e.g. illness, Mini Languages will offer a make-up session or if this is not feasible for the tutor, parents will be refunded for one session. 
  • Monthly payments are taken out on the 1st of each month and can be cancelled by contacting your tutor directly.
  • Cancellation requests need to be submitted before the 15th of the month for the cancellation of the following month's payment.
  • If a booking is made partway through the month, a covering payment to cover the remainder of that month will be added to the first payment on the following 1st of the month.
  • Partial month refunds are not available.

Nursery Sessions & Parent & Child Music & Movement Sessions

  • Access to the online Class Hub will be sent to you by email after signing up near the start time of the term

Nursery Sessions & Parent & Child Music & Movement Sessions: Cancellation & Refund

  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. This includes trials or the nursery cancelling the activity due to unforeseen circumstances such as nursery trips not agreed upon in advance.
  • If sessions cannot take place e.g. due to a pandemic or external parties not legally being allowed into the venue once a term has been booked, online sessions will be provided as an alternative.
  • If there are any sessions missed due to tutor unavailability i.e. illness, Mini Languages will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded for one session.
